Job Description

• To support the implementation of activities related to improving the availability of frontline health workers for maternal newborn and child health services in Bauchi and Cross River states.

Task

• Review of Pre-Service Training Curricula for institutions in Bauchi and Cross River State.
• Review of Student Enrollment (tutor Recruitment Policies and Processes in Bauchi and Cross River State.

Qualifications

• MPH or MSc in a field related to public health.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with nursing, midwifery and community health worker pre-service training institutions, curriculum review and working with the professional regulatory agencies (Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria, NMCN; Community Health Practitioner Registration board of Nigeria, CHPRBN).
• Excellent general communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of the Internet for information gathering and research.
