    Corporate Medical Services Manager

    OBJECTIVE(S)
    To ensure the delivery of cost-effective comprehensive healthcare ( including both clinical and occupational health) to eligible staff, dependants, contractors and third parties in line with the Nigeria LNG Limited policy to sustain a healthy workforce and the wellbeing of other NLNG stakeholders.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Advise NLNG Management on health issues as it relates to the coordination, management and monitoring of all medical, occupational health and sustainable health issues relating to the operations of the Nigeria LNG Limited
    • Ensure the provision of both general and specialist medical care and occupational health to all NLNG staff and other stakeholders
    • Advise the company on health promotion programmes to improve over all health and well-being of the workforce and their families and all medical screening including pre-overseas and pre-transfer medical examination
    • Ensure the provision of functional and fit-for purpose Medical Emergency Response for Company
    • Advise the company on the identification assessment and advise on health standards and risks associated with company activities (including new project development) and the living environment
    • Advise the company on the implementation and monitoring of the company alcohol and drug-testing programme
    • Advise the company on the provision of good quality drugs (be involved in quality control of drug), adequate and competent manpower, training programmes for medical staff , medical confidentiality of patient records
    • Ensure that the medical policies, medical organization/procedure in the company are well structured, transparent and effective and regularly audited and reviewed
    Requirements
     
    Education
    MBBS degree with a Fellowship qualification, Occupational health specialty is an added advantage.

    Experience
    12-15 years’ experience with 7 years as a specialist and administrative experience of at least 5 - 10 years.
