Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and Implementing best practice human resource strategies to attract, manage and retain best-fit talents for the manpower needs of the Group.
Qualification and Experience
- First Degree in Social Sciences from a reputable Tertiary Institution
- A post graduate Degree and/or professional qualification in HR Management Will be en added advantage
- Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant management experience, with at least three (3) years at Senior Management level
- Age between 40-45 years old.
