Creché Manager at Bowen University

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day running of the creche. supervise all other workers and ensure strict compliance to standard of operation.
• The candidate will report to the Business manager BUTH Health 'and Allied Services and will be required to drive in business to the creche to ensure profitability.

Candidate must possess the following:
Suitable candidates must possess a minimum of First Degree in any of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Education, Marketing Or any other Educational field,

Personal/Periormance Qualities:
i. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of Three (3) years working experience in creche, nursery school or related outfit.
ii Must have flair for children
iii Must be computer literate
iv Excellent oral and communication skills
v. Must be goal oriented and customer friendly
vi. Must be pro-active.
