iROKOtv is looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer/Animator who will assist with the production of motion graphics and 3D animation for the various requirements of 4 Linear television channels. This includes design, creation of assets, bringing them to life, modeling, animation, outputting and delivering high quality and innovative motion graphic content in a set period of time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create concepts, graphics and layouts for motion graphic projects;
- Understand the ID & editorial line of the channels and produce graphics according to the official templates;
- Be comfortable in creating lower thirds, bumpers, logo animations, video intros and outros, marketing materials, etc…;
- Work closely with the Programs Manager and follow its production schedule;
- Respect Channels visual ID and maintain their visual consistency;
- Remain current with best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in graphic design, animation & Motion Design;
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of digital assets;
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
- One to five years experience in a media house, an advertising agency, a post-production company or a creative studio using Desktop Publishing and Digital creation softwares;
- Excellent practical knowledge and proficiency in :
- Adobe Creative Suite (mainly After effects, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Cinema 4D or 3DS Max, Maya,etc.
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Apps and Social Media platforms.
- Bachelors or masters degree preferred
