Job Description

• Ensure downtime is reviewed and root cause analysis for each occurrence is conducted.
• Evaluate the maintenance backlog, identify causes and address them.
• Focus on building a solid relationship between operations and maintenance.
• Focus on building an organization that follows up to ensure all projects are completed to the satisfaction of internal staff as well as external customers.
• Build teamwork and synergies within and between those working in the Maintenance organization.

Job Qualifications

• Degreed engineer or skilled tradesmen with at least 5 years experience as a Maintenance Leader. 
• Experience in soap factory.
• At least 5 years electrical and mechanical experience.
• Led, managed and dealt with the identified challenges.
• Turned maintenance organizations around in the past.
• A full understanding of the dynamics of bringing about change.
