Quality Microbiologist at Talent Bureau

Job Description

• Assure execution of EM and testing programs to assess the microbiology quality.
• Facilitate and assist with microbiology laboratory qualification.
• Facilitate and assist with microbial method development, transfer and validation.
• Provide quality oversight of production suites and ensure that rooms are maintained to regulatory standards and classification for biological manufacturing and testing.
• Develop and revise standard operation procedures, forms and work instructions as needed.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.

Job Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. biological sciences, physical sciences or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry, with at least 8 years of progressive laboratory responsibility in support of pharmaceutical biological manufacturing. 
• Strong knowledge of quality control testing methods, validation techniques and concepts of microbiology.
• Must be able to scientifically interpret data utilizing analytical skills and practical experience in pharmaceutical applications.
• PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
