The Role of a Human Resource Officer 
As a Human resource (HR) officer, your role  involves recruitment, organizing the weekly/quarterly training programs, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc. Keeping up to date with areas such as employment law, which change often.

Requirements

• An ideal candidate must have her first degree in HR Management, with 3-5 years of direct HR experience, preferrably a lady between 32 years and 35 years.
• CIPM will be an added advantage.
