Key Responsibilities;
Planning/Managing and attending to MO's official correspondences
ii) Efficient file management
iii) Front desk and effectively coordinate/conduct business visitors
iv) Screening to control disruption to office workflow.
Qualifications/Skills
Minimum of BSc/HND in humanitiesl
secretarial studies with 3-5 years working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
Pleasant personality and approachable mannerisms
Ability to use IBM typewriter when occasion demands
Not more than 33 years old.
