    2025 GBfoods Africa Operations Graduate Trainee Programme for Young Africans

    Job description

    • Are you an ambitious and purpose-driven recent university graduate passionate about innovation, food quality, and sustainability? GBfoods Africa is offering an opportunity through a structured 24-month Graduate Trainee Program which will provide you with hands-on experience, training, mentorship and exposure across the Africa business. 

    Requirements

    What we Seek: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agriculture Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or other related engineering field. A Master’s Degree in a Business Administration or a related Business program is a plus.
    • Recent graduate (applicants must have graduated and earned their degree in 2023, 2024 or 2025) with First Class/ Excellent Equivalent or Second Class Upper/ Very Good Equivalent
    • Curious to learn, ambitious, purpose-driven, and ready to make a sustainable impact 
    • English Language Proficiency
    • Applicants from Ghana, Nigeria and Algeria 

    Skills: 

    • A learning mindset, resilient and good problem-solving skills 
    • English Language Proficiency
    • Very good written, oral communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work effectively in multicultural, collaborative environments
    • Passion for innovation, learning, and driving impact in Africa
    • Self-driven with good organizational and time management skill
