    What You'll Do

    • Product Selection: Work alongside experienced buyers to choose the latest and most appealing products for our shelves.
    • Market Analysis: Learn to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring timely deliveries.
    • Inventory Management: Contribute to maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing waste, and maximizing sales.
    • Price Negotiation: Assist in negotiating pricing and promotional deals to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align product selections with overall business strategies.

    What We're Looking For

    • B.Sc. / HND in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines
    • Recent graduate or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a retail or related field.
    • Not more than 30 years of age.
    • Must have completed NYSC or have exemption letter.
    • Passion for Retail: A genuine interest in retail and a desire to understand customer needs.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.
    • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team.
