    Sales Operations Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Process contracts and ensure deal is in compliance with company policy.
    • Work in collaboration with Finance and Legal to track and maintain sales agreements and other deal requirements.
    • Assist Sales in managing and validating opportunities and quotes.
    • Provide general support and respond to inquiries from the global Sales Organization around the revenue cycle, sales activities and reporting.
    • Contribute and work with Sales Operations team on other special projects.

    Job Qualifications

    • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience with sales operations reporting is required. Salesforce.com knowledge is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly.
    • Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
