Cafeteria Supervisor at Mama Cass

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for effective supervision of service personnel at Cafeteria.
• Responsible for safe keeping and maintenance of all company’s asset at Cafeteria

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for assigning functions to waiter/waitress and Floor Staff
• To Instruct waiters on set up
• Responsible for receiving of Production Stock from Head Office on behalf of Unit Head
• Dealing with bill payments at the outlet
• Responsible for filing of order and assessment forms
• Assisting the Unit Head in the supervision of the Outlet
• Writing of orders drinks and food
• Writing of daily sales analysis
• Writing of weekly activities
• Collecting of items from central store for the Outlet
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

PERSON PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Must possess an HND/Degree
• Must have good interpersonal skill
• Must be very courteous,
• Must possess good communication skill and writing skills
