Cafeteria Supervisor

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for effective supervision of service personnel at Cafeteria.
- Responsible for safe keeping and maintenance of all company’s asset at Cafeteria
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for assigning functions to waiter/waitress and Floor Staff
- To Instruct waiters on set up
- Responsible for receiving of Production Stock from Head Office on behalf of Unit Head
- Dealing with bill payments at the outlet
- Responsible for filing of order and assessment forms
- Assisting the Unit Head in the supervision of the Outlet
- Writing of orders drinks and food
- Writing of daily sales analysis
- Writing of weekly activities
- Collecting of items from central store for the Outlet
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
PERSON PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Must possess an HND/Degree
- Must have good interpersonal skill
- Must be very courteous,
- Must possess good communication skill and writing skills
