Job Description

• Communicate to senior management on project status, process and technical issues.
• Establish a common set of project management processes, tools, reporting functions and maintain the project management methodology
• Assess program issues and areas of risk
• Develop mitigation plans to assist in decision making
• Identify critical path issues and alternative plan scenarios
• Use project knowledge to be strategic in planning short, mid, long-term project objectives
• Facilitate development options through project management expertise
• Manage team-level and corporate processes effectively, using strong project and process knowledge.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree in Project Management with a preferred 10 years of experience
• Skillful use of interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong experience facilitating project team meetings, decision making...
• Ability to build cohesive teams, improve process, communicate and drive actions cross functionally.
