Job Description

• Coordinate development and communication of planning calendars as well as planning guidance and other planning expectations.
• Use results insights to drive more accurate plans/forecasts and to assist in bringing forth more focused and actionable analysis and reports.
• Support a variety of ad-hoc requests from administrative and operational teams related to external data requests.
• Implement continuous improvement for business processes.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other relevant area of study.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience with increasing level of leadership and responsibility in the areas of financial plans/forecasts, complex financial analytics, and executive/management reporting.
• Experience with MS Access, as a tool to support more complex data mining and analysis.
• Experience evaluating financial return in the form of business case and scenario analysis.
• Competence in using MS Word, MS Outlook.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt to change.
