Job Description

• Lead discussions with clinical, operational, and technical colleagues to develop business requirements for reports.
• Design, develop and produce aggregated and dashboard reports for clients, using MS SQL and MS Access.
• Create aesthetically appealing and logical external design layouts for reports and dashboards;
• Create and maintain standard documentation for analytics portfolio.
• Develop and implement processes for discerning and evaluating the data.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or clinical field or equivalent experience required, MS, MHSA or MBA preferred;
• Extensive knowledge and experience in T-SQL, SQL Server 2008, and various reporting platforms; and various reporting platforms;
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
• Detail oriented and high sense of accountability; and
• Proven ability to implement new solutions end to end including strategy, planning, execution/implementation, and transition.
