Regulation II/3 and II/2 Certificate of Competency.
All relevant STCW 95 required certificates and Medicals.
Familiarisation with MLC 2006, Colreg, ISM and STCW 95 code.
At least 2 years experience on ASD on terminal tugs.
Computer Literacy.
Excellent Communication Skills
