Terminal Superintendent at NES Global Talent

A leading supplier of oil and gas logistic support services throughout West Africa is looking for a Terminal Superintendent to join their expanding team. The Terminal Superintendent will be joining a leading international company that has over 30 years of experience in port management and support services. The Terminal Superintendent will report to the Terminal Base Superintendent

As Terminal Superintendent, your key duties will be to:

• Assist the Terminal Base Superintendent with all terminal operations, including managing handling of cargoes at all stages, and utilization of equipment and personnel
• Manage training and supervision of all personnel at the base
• Ensure that all movement of materials is in accordance with NPA/Customs regulations
• Maintain relationships with Base customers

The ideal Terminal Superintendent will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Maritime/Transport Management or related course in Logistics Management (or equivalent)
• Be a graduate member of a recognised professional body in Maritime/Transport Management is preferred
• Be fluent in English Language - spoken and written
• Have demonstrable work experience in a Terminal Management position
