Job description
Responsible for executing assigned research and produce information emanating from research, documentation and analysis. With the guidance of the unit head, develops content to support the activities of the Strategy unit & The Reputation Solutions Faculty and other tasks as may be assigned for attainment of organizational goals.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Assist with quality research to support business growth
- Assist to develop strategy and management of The Reputation Solutions Faculty
- Assist to develop analysis of market trends and provision of constructive ideas to improve account management
- Advise on suitability of engagement of third party suppliers for broad research based projects such as reputation/perception audits etc
- Advise on interpretation, analysis, and use of research tools for client-specific problems where applicable
- Assist with client management of accounts

- Excellent research skills and ability to apply insights thereof to problem-solving
- Ability to win new businesses through proactive discerning of opportunities
- Excellent presentation skills (must be proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Minimum of 6 years experience in research related projects in a reputable organization preferably in a public relations firm, advertising or media
- Verifiable evidence of content development and management such as newspaper, journal or the web
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Mass Communication, Public Relations, statistics or social science
- Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- Possession of certification by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR)
