    Shift Manager

    To provide plant leadership on a 24/7shift basis to ensure plant objectives are achieved. The shift manager is fully accountable
    for the day to day running of the plant from a safety, quality, and cost perspective whilst on shift, all employees and machine
    leaders on shift will take direction from the shift manager.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Understanding of Site safety procedures and QMS
    • Understand how the team’s contribution relates to KPI’s
    • Complex Problem solving skills
    • Influencing operating teams
    • Lean Manufacturing Principles
    • Minimum of a  Degree  in (Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Production) Engineering
    • 5 years experience leading teams & managing a complex shift environment
