Front Desk Receptionist / Relationship Manager at Connig Technoserve

Job Description

• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific office location.
• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries
• File and maintain records
• Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Distribute correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Transmit information or documents to customers, using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine
• Represent the company as agreed by the Business Development and Pre-Sales manager.
• Visit client’s office as the occasion demands.
• Compliance to procedures
• Any other task as assigned by your line manager.
