Team Lead, Data Centre Management at GVA Partners

JOB OBJECTIVE: To oversee an effective data center and telecommunication management framework that delivers dependable and efficient support to the banks IT infrastructure.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Leverage on best technology to design and deploy reliable, effective and resilient power and cooling infrastructures to effectively support all branches, branch ATMs and offsite locations in accordance with industrial best practices to increase branch operational TAT.
• Ensure the availability of data center infrastructure at both production and data recovery sites
• Oversee the delivery of adequate support on infrastructures by ensuring the availability of all assets in data center locations at both production and data recovering sites
• Monitor changes in design metrics and make adequate recommendations for required capacity growth.
• Ensure the availability of the banks contact center and voice communication network.
• Supervise and ensure standard compliance procedures are strictly followed
• Evaluate and research new technologies that increase productivity and reduce cost.
• Project management of IT infrastructure deployment for new branches and branch network.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
