    Community Analyst

    Department: Enterprise Innovation Hub
    Report to: Head, Enterprise Innovation Hub
    Grade: Executive Assistant - Officer
    Estimated Date of Resumption: Monday, February 3, 2020

    Job Summary

    • The job scope for this role is a varied one that combines elements of relationship building, stakeholder management, frontline support and administration of general Hub activities, meetings and events coordination.
    • The key objective is to nurture meaningful relationships with key community groups within the Hub's sphere of coverage - internally and externally.
    • As the Community Analyst you will build and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations that support the objectives of the Enterprise Innovation Hub.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, knowledge of the local and global fintech ecosystem are essential, exposure to capital market and financial service operations are necessary while possessing qualities of a team-player in building rapport with various community groups - 3rd party hubs, cohorts, start-ups, investors and partner organizations. Serving as the Community Analyst, this position reports to the Head, Enterprise Innovation Hub at the Corporate Headquarters.

    Key Responsibilities
    Internal:

    • Be the face of the Hub in relating with colleagues as it concerns the Hub’s activities and initiatives
    • Responsible for providing assistance and support to internal customers and staff on enquiries regarding the Innovation Hub
    • Be the liaison with internal departments and units in the planning and coordination of activities, meetings and/or events as it concerns the hub
    • Be the de-facto liaison with X-Academy in the planning, resourcing and coordination of all training engagements provided by the hub
    • Be proactive in building internal relationships with all departments/units in easing the implementation of the Hub’s Enterprise Innovation framework
    • Development of draft editorials, letters and memos for enterprise initiatives and/or endeavors
    • Own and coordinate the internal ideation platform (Ide8) by creating awareness, gathering and creating a robust ideas pipeline for/from the enterprise
    • Own and coordinate the bootcamp meetings for Innovation Champions within the enterprise
    • Assist the (Fintech Product)/Enterprise Solutions Analyst in managing and maintaining the Enterprise Innovation Indices

    External:

    • Be responsible for liaison and interface with partners and external clients of the hub
    • Provide 1st level support to queries and enquiries to external clients and third parties as it relates to the hub
    • Be responsible for sharing, canvassing, monitoring, gathering, provisioning and maintaining the ideas pipeline through the external ide8 platform
    • Maintain a robust database of the hub’s partners, clients, investors and stakeholders
    • Serve as primary point of correspondence between the hub and its community of cohorts, investors and partners
    • Actively manage the hub’s calendar of events, meeting and activities
    • Be in charge of managing and scheduling of meetings with external parties Actively engage the Fintech community by keeping abreast with developments, events and collaboration initiatives beneficial to the hub
    • Assume other roles and responsibilities as delegated by your Line Manger and/or Head of department
    • Assist the (Fintech Product)/Enterprise Solutions Analyst desk in the provisioning, of ideas and dimensioning solutions as well as managing corporate partners, cohorts, clients and 3rd parties

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
    • Support other members of the team in delivery of the departmental goals and objectives
    • Conduct research as the need arises

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in either Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Psychology or any related field
    • Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC relevant experience in a customer service or relationship management related function
    • Client and Stakeholder management up to C-Level
    • Good presentation, communication, negotiation & customer service skills
    • Good use of Microsoft Office Suite.
