Product Growth & Development Manager at Work Place Centre Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversees product development amongst a team of individuals
• Creates marketing campaigns designed to inform people about new product availability
• Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
• Makes adjustments to a development plan whenever the current idea is not feasible
• Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
• Manages and coordinates product development projects.
• Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
• Identify areas of improvement in customer journey and outcomes with in-depth knowledge of operations and technology
• Suggest solutions and identify key factors and requirements for each improvement project
• Scope high-level business problems into more specific questions which can then be answered by data-driven analysis
• Present data with a clear point of view so that insights can be used to help drive business strategy and the prioritization of operational improvement projects
• Develop project plans and scopes of work; coordinate the prioritization, development, testing and implementation for each project.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in any discipline. MSc/MBA and professional qualification is an added advantage
• 7-10 years’ experience as a senior Business Development Manager or Sales manager
• Capacity to Anchor Micro and Macro Segmentation in an IT/Fintech Environment
• Data- driven: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
• Data Analytics experience
• Content writing, Pivoting skills
• Programming knowledge: Added advantage.
• Have experience with email marketing tools like Send grid and other CRMS tools
