Achieve Company’s assigned revenue and gross profit budget on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Identify business opportunities and prospects and evaluate their position through research and analysis of sales options
Drive active selling of all service lines by establishing relevant contacts and developing relationships with prospects
Maintain relationship with existing clients by providing requisite support and information
Identify product/service improvements or new products/services by keeping abreast of industry trends, market activities, and carrying out competitor analysis
Prepare reports (as required by management) by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant information
Participate in the Company’s business review processes, budgeting and strategy sessions
Drive brand awareness and increase awareness on the benefits of outsourcing physical document management
Liaise cross functionally with other teams in the Company towards achieving overall business goals
Develop and maintain database of prospects and clients on behalf of the Company
Experience
At least 2 years’ relevant sales experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing, preferably Insurance or Banking companies with demonstrable sales performance
Experience in managing and selling to Public sector will be an added advantage
EDUCATION
Minimum of Second Class Lower or its equivalent in any discipline
A Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline will be an added advantage
SKILLS
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills Exceptional skills in prospecting, business negotiation, client relationship management and sales planning Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
