Senior Data Manager at HRLeverage Africa

Responsibilities

• Summary of all operational data (daily, weekly, monthly, and irregular data reports)
• Based on business logic, establish a business data model, develop a data reporting system, and provide support for product operations;
• In-depth understanding of product details, data follow-up and effect analysis of new product features and optimization functions;
• Provide data support for product direction and strategy adjustment, refine data model for reasonable data prediction and analysis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer, financial engineering is preferred.
• More than 5 years working experience in data operation, data analysis, data mining and other related fields. Experience in data analysis in Internet industry is preferred.
• Familiar with the use of EXCEL, Tableau and other data tools, understand common data mining methods and models;
• Proficiency in data analysis architecture, methods and related data modeling knowledge, experience in massive data analysis is preferred;
• Good logical thinking ability, strong sense of responsibility and Entrepreneurship
