    Snr. Manager Programs & Partnership

    This role will be primarily responsible for generating sales and healthy revenue pipeline, striking and managing strategic partnerships, growing a network of stakeholders for the benefit of the park and executing content-driven experiences/events that inspire start-ups and founders to join our community of Co-Workers at the Park.

    JOB EXPECTATIONS

    Strategic Partnerships

    • Strike new partnerships and grow a network of key stakeholders.
    • Actively seek out corporate and community sponsorships for the Park. This included perks & in-kind resources from the local community, to drive down cost of operations and/or boost sales
    • Strengthen the Ventures Park Brand by aligning with big brands that share our vision, to project the image of the Park locally & internationally
    • Liaise with potential sponsors (government agencies, telcos, multinationals, financial institutions, investors for sponsorships and revenue generation.

    Programs & Events

    • Actively seeking event hosting opportunities for the Park that will enhance brand visibility and grow the bottom line.
    • Constantly generate active leads of potential clients & stakeholders for the Park, through programs and events held at the park.
    • Organizing content-driven programs, events, and seminars that translates to value for co-workers in the Park and attracts budding entrepreneurs to join our community.
    • Liaise with the Community Manager on all events strategy, logistics, and execution in the space.
    • Ensure all programs and events held at the Park are top-notch and within budget.
    • Sales & Revenue Generation

    Generate revenue through;

    • The sale of lettable workspaces
    • Paid Programs & Event
    • Sponsorship/strategic partnership

    QUALIFICATION

    • Prior experience in sales a must, and or Program design & development
    • Experience in the Development space is desirable
