    General Manager

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for overall managerial oversight on all the outlets of the company – Hotel and Restaurant.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the preparation, presentation, subsequent achievement and tracking of the company’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
    • Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of the company’s service culture, maximized operations, guest satisfaction, and profitable operations.
    • Sees to the acquisition and retaining of customers across all outlets.
    • Ensure smooth and profitable operations across all outlets.
    • Assess, improve and enforce company processes, policies, service standards, procedures and SOPs as needed.
    • Implement and instill in the team - company policies, procedures, and ethics.
    • Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow.
    • See to the management of all staff across all outlets, and address employee complaints or performance issues as needed.
    • Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation.
    • Establish relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company’s corporate social responsibility programs.
    • Provide managerial roles in all the company outlets.
    • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste across all outlets.
    • Ensure company compliance with related regulations across all outlets.
    • Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the company.

    Requirements

    • Minimum B.Sc/HND in a related course of study.
    • 8 – 10 years related experience, with 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
    • Excellent leadership and oversight skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong business development, negotiation, and marketing skills
    • Analytical and problem-solver.
    • Strong understanding of profit and loss statement.[D1]
    • Good accounting and bookkeeping skills.
    • Good government and external relation skills.Strong interpersonal relationship[D2]  Skills
    • Exemplary and inspirational leadership.
    • Integrity and ethical behavior.
    • Knowledge of basic office programs
