Operations Manager (Male) at RoyalSec Service Company Limited

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with clients on all security matters/service delivery
• Ensuring free flow of operating activities at all levels
• Coordinating the affairs of operational team
• Exploring new and maintaining existing contracts
• Updating management on operational matters as it affects the company and the entire workforce
• Ensuring operations team are meeting up with their daily targets
• Ensuring uninterrupted communication and information flow within the operations department team and other departments
• Identifying new business for the company

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration/Management
• Relevant professional certifications in Industrial Security
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Previous working experience in a related organization
• Age bracket between 30-45 years
• Good oral and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong leadership skill
• Military/Para military background is an added advantage
• Ability to drive within Lagos with a valid driving license
