Job Description
The Training Officer is responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive training package in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfill the needs of the organization in the zone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in security industry; HND (minimum) in Humanities/ Ex- Service Men/Women (Sergeant)
• Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Logistics, Verbal Communication, Numeracy Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Planning, Presentation Skills, Managing Processes, Analytical Skills, Coaching Skills
