• The Client Service and Business Development Executive is responsible for client management and business growth of the company for more profitability and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and developing new business initiatives.
• Finding and developing new markets to expand the company’s reach
• Attending conferencevbvs, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing proposals for clients
• Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction.
• Ensure client queries and requests are promptly resolved
• Offer advice to clients on services and products.
• Capture client information on database
• Participate in marketing campaigns.

Requirements
