Collection Agent at Altara Credit Ltd ("Altara”)

Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Summary of Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding amounts from clients and achieve collections targets.
• Check inflows and follow up with customers.
• Maintain account’s book to ensure that the customers’ status is accurate and up to date.
• Develop reports on accounts.
• Visit/call customers for payment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline.
• This role will be based in Ilorin and is strictly for Ilorin residents.

Remuneration

• Successful candidates will be entitled to a basic salary of N30,000 monthly plus good Incentives/Commission.
