Finance & Account Executive (Oil & Gas) at INFIL Petroleum

In need of smart, sharp and vibrant young professional to fill the vacant position of Finance & Account Executive
Job Description

• Manage the financial bookkeeping of the company.
• Prepare bank transfer documents, process invoices, record payments and receipt vouchers of the organization.
• Ensure accurate, timely filing of consolidated federal, state and local income tax returns and other business-related filings.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
• Prepare and issue monthly statements to the MD, manage credit control & supporting reports and initiate follow up procedures regarding outstanding payments/accounts receivables.
• Create and coordinate internal and external auditing procedures
• Handle general account queries
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Finance & Accounting experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point, outlook and relevant accounting software such as SAGE, Peachtree, etc.
• Candidate should possess strong record keeping, communication, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent client/customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Preferably reside on the island 

Salary ranges from 100k to 170k.
