Job Description

• In addition to day to day HR responsibilities, the position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management
• The position serves as a consultant to the CEO/ management on human resource-related issues, while also being an employee champion and change agent
• S/He will assesses anticipate HR-related needs and co-ordinate HR activities between different business units globally and locally

Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years generalist experience as HR Partner or Head of HR and some board experience will be an advantage.
