Customer Support Officer at Rally Trade

Responsibilities

• Taking of computer appreciation class and website integration.
• Relieve the Trainer of his or her duties when on leave and while she's taking classes
• Offering of support to the Education Department.
• Offering support to customer during training.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction in the class and on Online chat
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative support
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. scanner, printer etc.)
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problemsolving skills
• Customer service orientation
• HND or BSc in any subject with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower (2:2); additional qualifications will be a plus
• Interested candidates must reside in Abuja

Salary
N40,000 per month
