Social Media Specialist at Seyiloked International Limited (SDIL)

We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking and organized social media specialist to join our growing team.
Our ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content.
He/she must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
• Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media best practices
• Understand social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Photoshop and other visual software platforms
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Develop, manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign and give monthly report of the social media platforms
• Provide engaging and trendy topics for the brand
• Stay up-to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Track and analyse SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization
• Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media
• Provide constructive feedback
• 3-7 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
• Ability to receive calls and take orders
• Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Outstanding multitasking skills
