Hotel General Manager

Reports to: The Chairman

Responsibilities
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
Qualification and Experience
- BA/BSc/HND in Accounting, Business management or any related field. Master's qualification in hospitality management is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in Managing a hospitality organization with good track record of leading and supervising staff.
