Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
• Fix bugs and troubleshoot to optimize performance
• Write clean, readable, and testable code
• Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
• Ensure the best performance and user experience of the application
• Cooperate with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions
• Ensure all applications meet quality standards
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

Qualification and Requirement

• Minimum Bsc. Computer Science or any other related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in developing financial (Fintech) Apps is an added advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Extensive knowledge on mobile app development. This includes the entire process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
• Proven work experience as a Mobile App Developer (on various platforms)
• Good programming skill in the following programming language; Php, native react, python, JavaScript, and Java
• Proficiency with writing automated tests in (JUnit, Espresso, Mocha, Jest, Enzyme, XCTest, etc.)
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Familiarity with the JSON format, OOP design principles, Git, push notifications
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture—and the ability to choose the best solution for the app
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in at least two programming languages (Kotlin/Java/Swift/Objective-C/JavaScript/C#,)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
