    Affiliate Marketing Manager

    Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will help build the Group’s Affiliate program. You will be a self-starter, hands on, with a personal focus on increasing player acquisition across all 36 states in Nigeria and beyond. You will be expected to use an entrepreneurial approach and help create a best in class affiliate program.

    To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have a proven track record within affiliate marketing, and specific experience within the online betting and gaming industry.     Job description

    The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for creating and taking ownership of the affiliate network and customer-base globally. The Affiliate Manager will identify and bind top performers and reward Key-Partners by developing various concepts.

    The ideal candidate will collaborate with our creative teams (Internal & External), with the other marketing professionals of the team and with the social media manager, in order to create promotions and provide communications to affiliate partners. Other responsibilities include

    • Ability to identify new potential opportunities

    • Ability to build an affiliate team to maintain relationships with existing and prospective

    • Ability to create and manage commission models

    • Improve growth of affiliates analyze competitors

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ability to identify new potential opportunities

    • Ability to create and manage commission models

    • Improve growth of affiliates analyze competitors

    • Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed

    • Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets

    • Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specialsRequired Skills

    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in affiliate marketing and/or retail marketing  (experience in sports betting advantage)

    • Knowledge of revenue share tools and strategies, CPA, CPC and CPM

    • Expertise in gambling and betting market and solid affiliate connections

    • Self-motivated, passionate about delivering results with strong analytical, negotiation and

    • Implementation skills

    • Risk Management
