Our client is into Home and Office finishings (Sanitary wares, tiles, cladding, window frames, etc).

They are seeking to hire Business Development Managers with a minimum of 2 years working experience in Finishings/Construction industry.

The responsibilities are as follows:

• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with prospective clients
• Planning and preparing presentations 
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Overseeing the development of the market
• Providing management with feedback
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally

Requirements are as follows:

• Must possess a minimum of B.Sc/HND in any field
• High-level communication skills
• Excellent customer management skills
• Proven ability to negotiate
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Conflict resolution
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Must have excellent driving skills
