The Sales Manager, South West Nigeria, National Key Accounts and E-Commerce is responsible for the sales performance in the South West Region of Nigeria as well as developing and actualizing the Client’s Strategic Game Plan in National Modern Retail stores and E-commerce channel.
He/ She will be located in Lagos and will assist the Country Manager in delivering the overall regions sales objectives, whilst supervising, fine-tuning and monitoring the execution of campaigns.
The Sales Manager takes pro-active initiative to seize every opportunity to increase the sales performance in accordance with the company’s policies and strategies This includes responsibility for development of short, medium and long term strategies, people development as well as strategic business partnering.
Must Have

Ability to take decisions based on data and market knowledge is essential. Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years’ experience in FMCG industry.
Strong experience trade marketing. Passionate and self driven sales professional with extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in the FMCG industry preferably within multinationals would be mandatory - for starters. Nigeria experience mandatory for the role.
