    HR Business Partner (Commercial)

    Duties and Responsibilities
    The HR Business Partner (Commercial)/Recruitment Lead has accountability for the following:

    • Provides HR Business Partnering support to the support functions – Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR (approx. 165 employees),
    • Manages the recruitment process of the business, ensuring that qualified candidates are hired to meet the Company's current and future needs.
    • Act as main interface with the Union - responsible for Union negotiations and maintaining industrial peace
    • Oversee the Admin unit - expat issues (housing, immigration/visas etc.), drivers, in-house clinic, car maintenance & repairs, canteen, staff welfare, office repairs/consumables 10 years’ relevant experience preferably with an FMCG
    • Union expertise. Experience of successful union management and negotiations

    Requirements
    Education, Experience and Skills:

    • First degree in relevant field. A second degree would be an advantage
    • Professional certifications (CIPM/CIPD) with HRBP experience
    • Must have at least +5 years work experience
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Good knowledge of Nigeria Labor Laws
    • Recruitment experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Strong business orientation that sees the potential value in managing people right
    • Strong interpersonal relationship Skill
    • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
    • Good Analytical Skills
