Architect (Amazon Web Services- AWS) at Rovedana

Job Description

• We are currently running an ongoing project with our partners for the United Nations and we are in need of an architect (AWS) for Nigeria.

Tasks

• Migrate and optimize AWS Clusters;
• Analyse cyber security problems, develop a technologically sound risk balanced approach, and articulate a response;
• Define Migration strategy to move application to cloud;
• Develop Architecture blueprints and detailed documentation;
• Set up process, services and tools around the cloud.

Required Experience & Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a AWS Architect
• AWS Architect certification;
• Thorough understanding of cloud computing, virtualization technologies, IAAS, PAAS, SAAS delivery models and current competitive landscape;
• Experience migrating systems to the AWS cloud;
• Experience with DBA in AWS and Linux.
