Job Description

• Handle franchise accounting transactions.
• Assist the Franchise account manager.
• Track staff franchise related advances expenses and process expense reports
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments for franchise store.
• Post franchise account transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Prepare analysis of accounts
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Research and resolve bills discrepancies and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Relevant qualification; ICAN, CIMA etc. is a plus.
• 2 yearrs+ experience as an accountant or accounting officer, preferably in a retail industry.
