Coordinate factory operations to achieve stated business objectives in terms of production volume, profitability and corporate positioning.
Develop and implement appropriate strategies, plans and programs to deliver quality products, as well as achieve high levels of material utilization and efficiency.
Ensure compliance to Environment, Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
Summary of Duties and Responsibility:
Responsible for upholding a safe work environment at the factory.
Preparing weekly activities report at the factory.
Taking stocks of inventory including materials, tools and movement of staff in and out of the factory.
Reporting to the Maintenance / Procurement Officer Factory matters and any other issues regarding operations at the factory.
Supervise all factory operations to ensure quality delivery.
Develop long term and short term plans for increasing Production capacities and decreasing costs.
Manage and monitor he allocation of human and material resources at the factory.
Advise management on issues necessary for production improvement and development.
Supervise, monitor and coordinate all factory departmental heads.
Any other responsibilities assigned to you by superior staff.
Requirement:
Minimum of First degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 3 in a manufacturing industry
