Job Description

• Our client is seeking a professional and accomplished individual to take on the vital task of Business Manager West Africa at the organization.
• The candidate should be experienced in the field of construction chemicals, construction and building materials.

Person Specification

• Someone with a minimum of 8years of sales related experience in the construction field i.e. with a builder, developer or product supplier.
• Someone who has previously worked in the field of construction chemicals, building materials and other intermediate chemicals in managerial position and in charge of managing a team.
• Excellent ability to network, build, build relationship within a short time and manage high net worth clients is essential.
• Ability to manage both projects as well as the retail wing of the business.
• Someone who has overseen marketing campaigns for companies similar to our client’s.
• Good communication skills to interact with fellow colleagues as well as future clients
• Be proficient in English.
• Be ICT and social media savvy.
