• We are seeking a Sales Officer who will support our sales channels, customer acquisition and operations department in Port Harcourt. This is a Hybrid role.
• You will work remotely at our partner pharmacies close to your home and report once a week to the office.
• The successful candidate will work with thel team to ensure timely and efficient sales operations and claims resolution, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing sales, networks and leads for commercial operations and claims.
• Successful candidates will also enjoy a bonus on every policy sold.

Qualifications

• Any relevant Degree and skill in sales
• Knowledge and experience in sales orinsuranceindustry will be added advantage
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Distribution at SOSOCARE in Port Harcourt. The Head of Distribution will be responsible for managing business relationships, insurance distribution, team hiring, overseeing the sales team, and coordinating all distribution partnerships and management. They will also handle insurance-related tasks and ensure efficient distribution of our health insurance plans.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
