Employee Services Manager (HR Generalist) at Echo-Scan Services Limited

Job Descriptions

• This role supports the HR Department to design, plan and administer a variety of employee services & benefits programmes while providing advice and assistance to line managers and employees on various Company’s HR policies & procedures to ensure compliance, clear communication and the prompt resolution or escalation of all employee inquiries and issues.
• This role will also support the Organization’s hiring and performance improvement activities by sourcing candidates, designing, planning and implementing appropriate selection processes and partnering with the Organization’s Management team to identify skill gaps and implement cost-effective people development initiatives to support the Business’s needs.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related fields from a recognized institution.
• 5 - 7 years’ proven and progressive HR Generalist work experience in a similar role.
• Relevant professional qualifications (ACIPMN, SPHR, ACIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP etc.) are essential.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development etc. would be a plus.
