Details:

QUALIFICATIONS: Bsc/HND in accounting

EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 1 year relevant experience

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Computer literate and fair knowledge of Orion not negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Processing of online payments to Suppliers
- Posting of payments to individual Suppliers Ledger
- Regular Reconciliation of Suppliers’ ledger accounts
- Sending of Payment notification/advice to Suppliers
- Uploading of Bank Statements to Solid software package
- Filling of Vouchers and other correspondences
- Preparation of WHT Schedule for payment purposes
- Preparation of Petty cash reimbursement schedules
- Participates in monthly stock counting exercise
