Task & Responsibilities

• Maintaining diaries, handling correspondence and arranging appointments.
• Typing, preparing and collating reports on the computer system.
• Banking
• Organizing and attending to meetings (producing agenda and taking minutes)

Requirements

• 5 years’ Working experience in related field is A MUST
• Must be female
• Minimum of first Degree.
• Good communication, customer service and relationship building skills.
• Team spirit.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Attention to details
• Good looking, fashionable and outspoken
• Good English proficiency and Letter writing skill.
• Ability to work and run with instructions.
• Proactive, integrity and ability to work with little supervision.
• Computer literacy, the ability to use standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• Must be female
• Candidates must live within or around Port Harcourt
